Booking Terms and Conditions
1. Scope of Application
These terms and conditions are applicable to the contract between the Customer and Miun Loma Ky / Härkäniemen Tuvat (business-id FI24687716) (hereinafter referred to as the Company), regarding accommodation or other tourism/service product.
Miun Loma Ky operates as a retailer for accommodation and service products. It markets and sales the products of the companies in its network, both in the online store and through direct sales.
2. Entering into a Contract
A contract between the Customer and the Company is entered into, and these terms and conditions become binding to the parties if the Customer has made a booking, and has received a booking confirmation to the e-mail address submitted by the Customer. The person making the booking must be of a legal age.
3. Payment Terms and Payment Methods
Accommodation products can be booked in the online store, and the Customer can choose to pay the entire sum at the time of placing the order, or based on an invoice. On an invoice, 25% of the booking sum is charged as the booking fee, due to be pair within a week from making the booking. The remaining balance will be due 28 days before the starting date of the booking. In the online store, you can pay using the following methods: Osuuspankki, Nordea, Danske Bank, Oma Säästöpankki, Säästöpankki, Aktia, Paikallisosuuspankit, S-Pankki, Handelsbanken, Ålandsbanken, MobilePay, Visa-, Visa Debit-, Visa Electron-, MasterCard- and Debit MasterCard payment cards, Jousto and Euroloan. The payment takes place on the Paybyway Oy (business-id FI24865594) website.

Miun Loma Ky / Härkäniemen Tuvat (business-id FI24687716) (online shop) sells products to private persons in Finland and abroad. We reserve all rights to change the terms and conditions, and the prices. All prices include the VAT.

Orders are collected from the online shop selection by adding the products to the shopping basket. The order is confirmed by using the check-out functionality in the online shop to pay for the purchase. By confirming an order, you accept these terms and conditions, product pricing and shipping costs. An e-mail confirmation will be delivered in case an e-mail address is provided by the time of confirming the order. The e-mail confirmation lists the products ordered and the price breakdown.
Bambora PayForm (Paybyway Oy, business-id FI24865594) is the payment facilitator of the online shop. The Paybyway Oy is a payment facilitator authorized by the Financial Supervisory Authority of Finland. The payment process is conducted in the online service of the Bambora. Bambora or Paybyway Oy is shown as the payment received in the bank account listing and in the invoice. Paying with Bambora is safe. All information is exchanged through secured connections.
The trade happens between the online customer and the online shop. The online shop is responsible for all obligations related to the trade. Read more about Bambora: http://www.bambora.com
With Bambora PayForm you can pay your order by an internet banking account, a wallet, a payment card (credit/debit), an invoice or a partial payment. MobilePay: You can pay with your MobilePay wallet if you have allowed online payments in the settings of the MobilePay application. Payment via MobilePay takes place directly from the payment card linked to MobilePay. If charging the payment from the linked card fails, MobilePay can not be used in the online shop.
Jousto: With Jousto invoice and part-payment you can pay in over 4000 online shop in Finland. With Jousto invoice, you get 14 days payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur). With Jousto part-payment, you get max 12 months payment time (invoice fee 4,90 eur and monthly interest rate 2,42%). More information: www.jousto.com
Euroloan: Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj (2159120-9) is a Finnish financing institution operating since 2007. Euroloan invoice and part-payment is available to over 20 years old consumers having a permanent address in Finland. The payment method is enabled for payments from 10 to 2000 eur. The part-payment is invoiced every 30 days. For example, annualized percentage rate for a 1500 eur credit is 26,1 % when the payment term is 12 months. The total price is 1697,15 eur (incl. interest rate 6 %, invoicing fee 3,95 eur/month, opening fee from 3 eur).
Euroloan Consumer Finance Oyj reserves a right to review the credibility and the address information of consumers using Euroloan invoice or part-payment. The consumer is also requested the provide the personal id number. The credit is approved or declined based on this review. Other payment methods
You can also pay for the booking either by invoice, or using a debit or credit card. The invoice will be sent to the Customer as an e-mail attachment. An extra fee will be charged for an invoice sent by post. You can use your credit or debit card to pay at the Company's street address at Härkäniementie 5, 50350 Norola.
Regardless of the payment method, same payment deadlines are adhered to: the booking fee is paid within a week after booking, and the remaining balance at the latest 28 days before the starting date of the booking.
Cancellations must always be made in writing, or by e-mail to the address firstname.lastname@example.org. Not paying the booking fee or the remaining balance does not constitute a cancellation of the booking. The Company has the right to cancel the booking, if the booking fee or the remaining balance has not been paid on time.
In case the Customer cancels their booking:
- more than 28 days before the starting date of the booking, the booking price exceeding the booking fee will be returned to the Customer.
- fewer than 28 days before the starting date of the booking, the entire booking price will be charged to the Customer.
In case the contract is cancelled later, or if the Customer does not notify the entrepreneur before the start of the service that they will not be using the service, the entrepreneur has the right to charge for the whole price of the service.
We recommend getting a travel insurance, which would also cover expenses caused by the cancellation of a trip.
5. The Entrepreneur's Right to Terminate the Contract
The Company has the right to terminate the contract, or to interrupt the provision of the service in case of an event of force majeure such as a fire, a natural disaster, a measure carried out by the authorities, a strike, or another comparable unpredictable event that is not dependent on the entrepreneur prevents or substantially hinders the provision of the service. If the contract is terminates, the total price paid will be returned to the Customer; or if the provision of services is interrupted, the price corresponding to the unfulfilled part of the service.
The Company will notify the Customer immediately of any obstacle due to which it is not possible to provide the service.
The Company also has the right to terminate the contract immediately, if the Customer causes a disturbance or danger to other Customers in the area. Any expenses caused by the disruption will be charged to the Customer.
6. Staying at the Holiday Site
The holiday site is at the Customer's disposal from 16:00 onwards on the day of arrival, until 12:00 on the day of departure, unless otherwise expressly agreed between the Customer and the owner of the holiday site. The rent of the holiday site includes free access to the declared maximum number of guests. A separate agreement must always be made if the number of people staying at the house is exceeded! The equipment and furnishings available at the holiday site is evident from the description of the holiday site on the Company's website.
Smoking is forbidden indoors.
A separate permit for bringing a pet to the holiday site must always be applied for separately from the seller. At some sites, pets are not accepted at all; in other sites, pets can be accepted for a separate fee.
7. The Customer's Liability and Damages
The Customer must adhere to a normal level of cleanliness at the rented site, as well as looking after the movables at the rented site. The Customer must adhere to the instructions, warnings and regulations available in the Villa Information Folder or otherwise issued by the entrepreneur, as well as using safety-related equipment in accordance with the instructions. The Customer is liable for damage caused wilfully or due to negligence, either by the Customer or a minor under their supervision, to the entrepreneur or to third parties.
In principle, the final clean is not included in the accommodation price, except in certain special sites (check the situation in the site description and/or the order confirmation). For other sites, the final clean can be booked separately, and its price varies according to the site. If a special clean is needed due to neglect by the Customer, and if there are any damages, all incurred expenses will be charged to the Customer in full.
The Customer is responsible for their insurance cover and its extent, regarding cancellation cover, for example.
If the Customer does not use all agreed services, or uses these only partially, the Customer does not have the right to receive a price deduction or a reimbursement of the booking payment.
8. Notifications and Solving Disputes
The Customer is obliged to notify Miun Loma Ky / Härkäniemen Tuvat, the Company or its representative immediately of any deficiencies so that these could be corrected already during the time of using the service. In case the deficiencies are not corrected during the rental period, all claims must be submitted in writing to the Company or to Miun Loma Ky, within 30 days after the end of the rental period.
